Strolling along the banks of the Seine, idly kicking autumn leaves, one of the Junior CW’s spotted this tiny ballerina. She is only about six inches high and is tucked away on the edge of a bollard. Stencil and spray paint are not unusual techniques and materials in street art but what I really like is the wooden frame surrounding the dancer. Extensive googling has revealed nothing about the artist – do you know more about Paris street art than me?
What a great spot! And I’d be intrigued to know what the story behind it is too.
Find you blog thru #SundayPhoto and love it… Glad to help you with a vote!!! Good luck ..
Thank you very much!
Very elegant street art for an elegant city. I really like it too! #sundayphoto
What a gorgeous piece of street art and love the way you’ve photographed it with the Seine and the bridge in the background.
What a great spot, I wonder how many people just walk past it without spotting it
Thank you for linking up
